Andrew of Jackson County Georgia unto G.B. Tate and A.S. Stovall of Elbert County, Georgia. For and in consideration of the sum of $502.25 dollars & cents has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey and assigns all that tract of land lying in Madison County and containing 112 1/10th acre (108.4 land 3.7 water) On the Waters of South Broad River joining lands of Tate & Stovall, East end public road leading from Andrews Mill property, now property Tate & Stovall and Davenport col. land of Tate & Stovall on West and fully described in plat made by J.W.
