	This indenture made this the 29th day of November 1886
between Wm Black and James R Chandler both of the state
and county aforesaid Witnesseth that the said Wm Black for
and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and twenty five
dollars the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does hereby
sell and convey unto the said James R Chandler his heirs and
assigns a certain tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the county aforesaid to wit commencing on rock near
persimmon tree about 40 or 50 yds from Blacks corner on the 
creek of B W Browns line running S 10 W 569 yards with said
Browns line to Smiths and Rhodes corner on rock corner
thence strait line across a plat made to the said Black
hereunto attached near S 80 W.12 about 65 chs to Rock thence N
1.E.38 near 75 chs to rock at M Culbertsons gate on said Culberstons
line thence strait line parallel with the creek to the beginning rock
or persimmon containing forty aces more or less in fee simple
together with all and singular the rights members and privileges
thereunto belonging And the said Wm Black his heirs executors and
administrators the title to the premises will forever warrant and defend
to the said James R Chandler his heirs and assigns against the 
lawful claims of all persons
In witness whereof the said Wm Black has hereunto set his hand
and seal the day and year aforesaid
