1872, February 15 --- This Indenture made and executed between J.M. CALLON and 
J.H. GILBERT of Wilkes County unto L.J. SCOTT and Sanders W. COLBERT of Madison 
County, Georgia.  For and in consideration of the sum of $2000 dollars heath 
bargained, sold and by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey all that 
parcel of land lying in the County of Madison on the Waters of Blue Stone Creek 
joining lands of Lettee BRANNAN, Web WHITE, James B. BOND and known as the 
Scott Mill Tract, containing 600 acres.
