Deed		M Culbertson to J. M. Culbertson

State of Georgia}  This indenture made this thirty
Madison County	}  first day of January in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy nine
between Madison Culbertson of said county and state
of the one part and James Culbertson son of the said
Madison Culberson of the other part witneesseth that
the said Madison Culbertson for and in consideration of
the natural love and affection which he has and bears to
his said son have given granted and conveyed and does 
by these presents give grant and convey unto the said James
Culbertson his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land
situate lying and being in the county above mentioned containing
one hundred and nineteen acres be the same more or less bounding 
as follows -– Beginning at a persimmon thence N. 11 E 37.25
chains to a P.O. thence 78. E.25c. 15 links to a pine thence S
11 W. 27c 20l to a pine thence S 78W. 25c 25. to a pine
thence W. 10c 65. to a stake thence N 80 W. 45 chains to
the beginning corner. to have and to hold said bar-
gained tract or parcel of land unto him the said James
Culberson his heirs and assigns together with all and
singular the rights members and appurtinances
to the same in any manner belonging to his and 
their own proper use benefit and behoof forever
in fee simple
    In testimony whereof the said Madison
Culbertson has hereunto set his hand and 
affixed his seal the day and year above
