			}	Releases 220 acres
J R Culbertson Agent	}
for the heirs at law of	}	Georgia	       } This indenture made
I N Culbertson dec’d	}	Jackson County } this July the 18th 
			                         1884 between
Fatima Culbertson wife of I N Culbertson dec’d and of
Madison County and said state of the first part and J
R Culbertson Agent for the heirs at law of I N Culbertson
dec’d and of Franklin County in said state of the second
Witnesseth that the said Fatima Culbertson for and in con-
sideration of the sum of fourteen hundred and five ($1405)
dollars the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does hereby 
sell and convey unto the said J R Culbertson Agent for the 
heirs at law of I.N. Culbertson dec’d and his assigns a
certain tract or lot of land setwaled in the county of 
Madison  Known as the Henry Anderson land and the tract
Known as the Caroline Shields place and the tract from
the widow Hix in the fork of the road leading to Athens
and the other to Carnesville containing in all two hundred
and twenty acres (220) more or less, bounded on the west and
by the lands of Rebecca Anderson and on the south side
by James R Chandler and the widow Hix, and on the last 
side by Madison Culbertson together with all the rights and
privileges thereunto belonging in simple
  And the said Fatima Culbertson her heirs executors and
administrators the titles to the premises aforesaid will forever
warrant and defend to the said J. R. Culbertson Agent as
signs against the lawful claims of all of others persons
  In witness whereof the said Fatima Culbertson has here-
unto set her hand and seal the day and year aforesaid
