Mortgage.   	Floyd Little To J. B. Streetman

Georgia		}Whereas I am indebted to
Madison County	}Mitchell Smith in the sum of 
		 twenty five dollars for which
amount I have given my promissory note bearing
date from about January 25th 1882 with J. B.
Streetman security and to better secure the said
J B Streetman I the said Floyd Little have
bargained and by these presents do hereby bargain
sell transfer and convey unto the said J B Street
man 1 brindle cow and calf and one white
sided male yearling and all of my entire
crop
    The conditions of this instrument are these
Should I the said Floyd Little pay or cause to
be paid to the said Mitchell Smith his agents
or attorneys the said note at maturity in
accordance with the stipulations therein expressed
then and in that event this instrument of
writing to be void otherwise of full force
and effect this Jan’y 20th 1882
