Georgia		} This indenture made and entered into this 11th 
Madison County	} day of May 1896 between Virginia Perry and John
B Perry both of the county and state aforesaid  Witnesseth that
the said Virginia Perry for and in consideration of the natural
love and affection she has for her son John B Perry and also for
the purpose of taking care of her the said Virginia Perry during her
natural life and buried in a decent manner  The said Virginia Perry
hereby gives grants and conveys to the said John B. Perry his
heirs and assigns the following described undivided interest
in a certain tract of land hereinafter described lying and being
in the 262nd Dist G.M. of said county and state aforesaid known
as a part of the Hill Perry place bounded as follows on the south
by W. L. B. Shields south east by Nancy Fitzpatrick: on the north
by Strickland on the west by J B Perry containing the following
lines and courses and distances beginning at a rock running
S65.50 E 2540 to a rock corner: thence S 4445 W 1283 to post oak stump
thence N 76 W 1885 to post oak stump: thence N 13.30 S 1575 to beginning
corner containing twenty nine acres more or less  And also one 
hundred and thirty two dollars $13200 together with all the rights
and privileges thereunto belonging forever in fee simple provided 
the said John B. Perry fulfills the consideration set forth
in the first part of this deed else this deed is to be null
and void and of no effect.
In witness whereof the said Virginia Perry has hereunto
set her hand and seal the day and year first above written
