Georgia		}	This indenture made and entered into
Madison County	}	sixth day of February eighteen hundred and
			eighty eight between Abner B. Perry of said
county and state of the one part and Thomas W Perry of the same
place of the other part. Witnesseth the said Abner B Perry for and
in consideration of the sum of sixty three dollars and thirty
three cents cash in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged hath bargained and sold and by these presents
doth bargain and sell unto the said Thomas W Perry his heirs
heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land lying and 
being in the aforesaid county and state containing
thirteen acres more or less bounded as follows beginning
at a poplar on the north side of said lot of land on
Asbury F Fitzpatricks line. thence running on A. F. Fitz
patricks line to a rock. thence southern direction on T.W.
Perrys line to a stake. thence on said T.W. Perrys line
to a maple on the branch: thence a branch line to the be-
ginning corner with all the rights members and appur-
tinances to said lot of land in any wise appertain
ing or belonging to the said Thomas W Perry his heirs 
executors and administrators nor assigns or any other
person or persons claiming under heirs shall at any
time hereafter by any way or manner have claims or
demand any right title or interest in or to the aforesaid

hand and affixed his seal the day and year above written
