Madison County	}	This indenture made this 23rd day of March
			1891 between Susan J Smith and John
B Perry both of said State and County witnesseth that the
said Susan J Smith for an in consideration of fifty dollars
the receipt whereof is hereby is hereby acknowledged does hereby
sell and convey unto the said John B Perry his heirs and 
assigns a certain tract or lot of land in said county
on the Danielsville and Harmony Grove Road in 262nd 
District G.M. Beginning at a knot in hollow near
residence of T. J. Hunt.  It being Sol Swindle corner
on the Wilkins line thence N. 85.52 W. 13.94 to rock
thence N. 1.10 W. 3 to rock in center of said road thence
N 76 E. 2.21 to rock in forks of road: thence S 83.15 E along
Danielsville road to knot known as Wilkins knot 1192 
thence S.1.W. 314 to beginning corner  corner containing
five acres more or less adjoining lands of T. J. Hunt
Dr Wilkins Swindle + others together with all the rights
and privileges thereunto belonging in fee simple and the
said Susan J Smith her heirs executors and administrators
the title to the premises aforesaid will forever warrant
and defend unto to the said John B Perry his heirs and
assigns against the lawful claims of all other persons
  In witness whereof the said Susan J. Smith has hereunto set her
hand and seal the day and year first above written
