26 Sep 1864 - Jackson Hospital, Richmond, Va.  Furlough 40 days

25 Mar 1865 - Wounded A. of P. City - Point, Va.

25 Mar 1865 - Captured at Petersburg, Va.

27 Mar 1865 - Transfered to U. S. A. Hospital Steamer, State of Maine

28 Mar 1865 - Admitted to Lincoln U. S. A. General Hospital,               
              Washington, D. C. Gun shot wound of back.  Ball entering       
              3 inches from last dorsal vertabrae exit near head of     
              left humerous (severe)

12 Jun 1865 - Sworn Oath of Allegiance to U. S.  Complexion - light, 
              Hair - brown, Height 5' 1", signs by mark, Place of 
              residence - Madison Co., Ga.

14 Jun 1865 - Released in compliance with Genl Orders No 109 dated A. 
              G. 0. 6 Jun 1865, Age 17, Ward 20.

(This is believed to be the son of Wilson P. Berryman and Nancy Smith.)
