14 Sep 1862 - roll of prisoners of war, taken to
              South Mt.

   Dec 1862 - absent detailed to work at saw mill

30 Oct 1863 - last paid

18 May 1864 - admitted to Jackson Hospital, Richmond, Virginia
	      musket ball to the left eye

23 May 1864 - Furloughed 60 days from Jackson Hospital

15 Oct 1864 - appears back at Jackson Hospital

01 Nov 1864 - absent without leave, wounded
