Danielsville Monitor May 12, 1922

COLBERT SCHOOL CLOSING

   Examinations will begin May 16th and close Thursday at noon.

   Thursday afternoon the High school Students will go picnicing at Bullocks 
Mill.

   Friday will be clean up day and preparation for commencement will be made.

   Friday 8:30 P.M. the Primary School will give an interesting program.  
Saturday 8:30 P.M. a program will be given by the Grammer School. 

   These programs will be given at the school building.  Sunday 11 A.M. the 
Commencement Sermon will be delivered by Rev. Patillo in the Baptist Church.  
Monday 8:30 P.M. the Senior Class will give their graduating exercises. It is 
thought that this will be an occasion long to be remembered.  The class 
consisting of 14 members is the largest class ever turned out by the Colbert 
School.  

   Following is the class Roll:

Leon Kincaid, Miller Kincaid, Geneva Patterson, Eula Benton, Elizabeth Benton, 
Annie Ruth Hardman, Allen Key, Ema Threlkeld, Annie Mae Kidd, Vera Sims, Mary 
Gholston, Annis Hardman, Iris Garret, and Birda Bell Morris.
