Berry, Ga.-- Because of completing the required number of units four students of Berry Schools will be awarded their diplomas at the last Convocation before Christmas holidays. These students include: W. Grady Wooten, Siluria, Ala.; Horace H. Daniel, of Danielsville, Georgia; J.William Lancaster, Geneva, Ga.; Spencer S. Diden, Floyd County, Georgia. The award of diplomas was made by Mr. Greene, principal, who is addressing the students told of Berry Schools in arrangements whereby through extra work and effort it is possible for a student to complete the coursein the middle of the year, as these four student are doing. This makes it possible for these who are earning their own education to work a few extra months before the opening of the collegiate year, if they intend to go from Berry to college, or back to the farms for early spring planting, as many of them will do. Berry Schools have this year 600 students in all departments and will graduate clos to 95 at the spring commencement.
