E. Griffeth at her home in Danielsville, Ga. She was a consistant member of the Baptist church since early girlhood. She was also a member of the W. M. U. In her death we lost one of our most loyal members. Her disposition was not of the assuming, officious kind, but always one of brighness and filled with the calm content of sincere Christianity, which she truly lived. Her word was to be depended on and her friendship was geninue. There is only one who can fully understand and sympathize in such deep afflictions, The Great Comforter of all Hearts. The Master said, "I will not leave you comfortless." Our consolution is that she "is not dead but sleepeth." Dwight L. Moody once said, "when I die I shall be more alive than ever, I have been for I shall be up higher and with my Master," and so it is with her whom we have lost. Therefore, He it Resolved: First, --- That we strive to emulate the unselfish and consecrated life of our beloved member and try to be as faithful in the discharge of our duty as was she. Second,---That our hearfelt and deepest sympathy be extended to the husband and family. --Ladies of W. M. U. of Danielsville, Ga.
