Danielsville Monitor November 30, 1945

   In loving memory we, the members of the Woman's Missionary Society of 
Comer Baptist Church, wish to pay tribute to our much loved and faithful 
member, Mrs. Allie Sue Johnson, who went to be with her Lord October the 19th, 
1945.
   Allie Suse was a sincere and devoted Christian and was left in the hearts 
of all who knew her a record of loyalty, love and faithful service.  As long 
as health health permitted, she took part in the activities of the church.  Her
sincere devotion and loyalty to her home, her family and her church was 
exemplified in the way she lived. 
   Therefore, Be It Resolved:
1.  That in her homegoing, we have lost a faithful member of the Woman's 
Missionary Society and of Comer Baptist Church.
2.  We humbly and submissively yield to God's Wisdom in taking this 
member from our midst.
3,  That we extend to the members of her family and friends our heartfelt 
sympathy.
4.  That these resolutions be entered in the minutes of the Woman's Missionary 
Society and that a copy be sent her family and to the Comer News.

incorrect.  Her obituary (21 September 1945) and tombstone (Comer City 
Cemetery) list her DOD as 19 September 1945.
