EMMA TURNER In the early morning of July 10th, the spirit of Mrs. Emma Turner, our beloved member, departed from this earth. all that we now have of her is a Memory - a memory filled with the sweet incense of a noble heart. The W. S. C. S. of the Comer Methodist Church lost one of their most loved and Faithful members and her absence will be deeply felt. She was most conscientious in all her obligations of life, a good woman and a loving wife and her mother. She played her part in the loves, labors and busy cares of life as a true and upright woman. " The sweetest lives are those to duty wed, Are close-knit strands of unbroken thread, Where love ennobles all. The world may sound no trumpet, ring no bells, The book of Life the shining record tells. " As a token of respect for the memory of our beloved Member, we recommend that this Memorial be placed upon our mimutes, that a copy be furnished her Family, and also, a copy be furnished The Comer News for publicaiton.
