MISS LUCY MEADOW ENTERTAINS CLASSMATES


   Last week Miss Lucy Meadow entertained Misses Sarah Nell Nash of Philomath, 
Susan Riley of Elberton, Geneva Williams, Athens; Frances Shelton, Warrenton, 
Elizabeth Dickens, Sparta, and Edna David, Danielsville, at a house party at 
the lovely and hospitable home of her parents, Mrs. and Mrs. W. D. Meadow.  
The occasion was a gift by Mrs. Meadow in honor of Miss Lucy's recent 
graduation from G. S. T. C., the attendants being classmates and college 
friends.
   Parties were enjoyed when the friends of the popular hostess were invited 
while on Thursday the party enjoyed a lovely drive in the Mountains of North 
Ga., accompained by Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Huff as chaperons.  The guests 
departed on Saturday after the day of real pleasure of being with Miss Lucy 
and family and meeting the young folks of the community.

Additional Comments:
I seemed to have lost my notes on this article to give exact date.  I believe 
it was in mid/late August or September.
