Moon This week Mr. John B. Moon, who lives near Paoli, takes charge of the Danielsville Monitor, having leased the paper from Mr. W. B. Loehr, proprietor, for one year paying for the same $100 rental. This is an interest of 25 per cent on the investment. Mr. Loehr will move to his farm and gin in Madison county. He has made a good thing out of the Monitor, having paid for the paper, bought a good farm and house and lot in Danielsville since he entered journalism, and every dollar of the money is said to have come out of the Monitor. He is an old Elberton boy, and his many friends here will delight to hear of his success. Mr. Moon, who has the confidence and good will of his people, and we predict for him success in his venture. He will do all the editorial work on the paper, but Mr. McElhannon will assist him in the mechanical department. Madison is a splendid county, and her enterprising people have always felt all interest in their county paper.
