AUCTION
On Premises Danielville, Ga., R. F. D. Monday, Jan. 7th at 11 A. M.

   The estate of the Rev. C. T. Burgess, consisting of one 5-room dwelling, 
barn and and 47 acres of Madison County's best land; 35 acres open land that 
will make a bale of cotton per acre year in and year out.  Good orchard and 
good pasture with running water.  Said farm is located 17 miles N. E. of 
Athens, 14 miles S. W. of Royston, 2 1-2 miles W. of Comer, 17 miles E. of 
Commerce, 6 miles East of Ila and 2 1-2 miles SS. E. of Danielsville, just off 
the Danielsville/Comer hard surface highway and in a stones throw of Mt. Zion 
Church, adjoining lands of Reese Porterfield, Frank Graham, Dewey Powell and 
on the Bulloch Mill road.
   This is on of Madison County's best small farms and has no waste land.

county.  Rev. Burgess was once one of your most beloved and distinguished
