Danielsville Monitor March 23, 1945



MRS. CLEVELAND DAVID

   Inasmuch as our Heavenly Father has deemed it fitting to call home to 
Himself ouro beloved sister and co-laborer, Mrs. Cleveland David:
   Therefore, Be it
   Resolved:  First   That our Woman's Society of Christian Service has 
sustained an irreparable loss.
   Resolved:  Second, That the Methodist Church as had removed from 
its rostesr one of its most devout members who when she spoke, did so 
" as one having authority " for her Bible was indeed a " light unto her 
pathway. "
   Resolved:  Third   That the community where she died is poorer 
by far because of her homegoming but that her gentle influence will 
always be felt.
