Funeral:  3 p.m. Wednesday, Mills Shoals Baptist Church
Officiating:  Rev. Albert Huyck and the Rev. Neal Windom
Burial:  Mill Shoals Baptist Church Cemetery 
Pallbearers:  Grandsons
Survivors: two sons, Frank Rice of Spartanburg, S.C., and W. Buel Rice 
of Royston; two daughters, Mrs. Charlie Jordan and Mrs. Joe Bryant both 
of Royston; a brother Harold Berryman, Royston; four sisters, Mrs. 
Carmel Powell of Greenville, S.C., Mrs. Kathryn Carter of Greenville, 
Mrs. J. M. Martin Sr., of Elberton, and Mrs. P. J. Seigler of 
Spartanburg; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
