Culbertson Bray, 88, of the Poca Community died at the home of a son at 9:50 on Tuesday morning of last week following an illness of three years. Mrs. Bray was the daughter of the late James and Josephine Hix Culbertson. Her husband, Sol B. Bray, died in 1940. Survivors include three sons, Allen Bray of Jacksonville, Fla., Fenimore Bray and Billy Bray of Danielsville; two daughters, Mrs. Jewel Gilreath of Cleveland and Mrs. Reba Perry of Commerce; 24 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held from Providence Baptist Church Thurs- day at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Buddy Coile and the Rev. Milton Burette officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Grandsons served as active pallbearers.
