Pine Hill Methodist Church in Warthen, Washington County, Georgia.
Survivors: his widow, Mrs. Florida Curtis Hattaway; one daughter, Mrs. 
Eddie Hill of Danielsville; six sons, Robert Jr., Milton Eugene, John 
Edward, Leroy, Billy and Elmer Hattaway, all of Danielsville; one 
sister, Mrs. Margie Hardaman of Milledgeville; one brother, Johnny 
Hattaway of Augusta; 25 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services:  2:30 p.m. Saturday at Friendship Baptist Church 
Officiating:  Revs. Dayton N. Logan and Ray S. Jenkins 
Burial:  church cemetery.
Pallbearers and honorary escort: Members of Masonic Lodge 348 and 
American Legion Post 39 of Danielsville.
