Dillard Hull Robert W. Dillard, 68, of Route 1, died Sunday, Oct. 20, 1996. A native of Madison County, Mr. Dillard was a son of the late Tilden Lee and Ruth Stone Dillard. He served in Korea and in the Army Reserve. He was a retired manager of Quality Market. He was a member of Gordon's Chapel United Methodist Church. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today at Gordon's Chapel United Methodist Church with the Revs. Ray S. Jenkins and Bryan Allen officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Deborah Tindall Dillard; a daughter, Barbara Frances Dillard, Hull; four sisters, Hazel Gay, Kennesaw, Betty Allen, Marietta, Patricia Thompson, Athens, Eloise Fouche, Athens; and a number of nieces and nephews. Memorials may be sent to Madison County Volunteer Fire Department, care of Chief William C. Carithers, Route 2, Box 3428, Nicholson, Ga. 30565. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. today at Bridges Funeral Home Inc. The family is at the residence.
