Harold Kidd, 64, of 841 Crawford-Smithonia Road, died Wednesday, 
March 24, 1999.

A native of Madison County, Mr. Kidd was a son of the late Earl 
and Pinkie Elizabeth Brown Kidd. He was formerly employed with 
Ingram Street Metal and was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. 
He was a member of Clouds Creek Baptist Church.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Clouds Creek Baptist Church
 with the Rev. John Parker officiating. Burial will be in Crawford 
Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Kidd; three daughters, Tammy 
David and Bobbi Jarrett, both of Crawford, and Kim Whelchel, 
Lexington; three sisters, Sara Butler, Winterville, Gabriella 
Smith, Union Point, and Murdelle Kidd, Athens; four grandchildren, 
Jeffrey Boyd, Shelby David, Brook Bronfin and Erica Bronfin; nieces 
and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Arnall Brooks, Meadow Maxey, Bud Alewine, Doug 
Eberhart, Wade Williams and Billy Melton.

The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. today at Lord & 
Stephens Funeral Home, Oglethorpe Chapel.
