A native of Guntown, Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late Guy C. and Mary Lou Chastain Reno, and the widow of Herbert Brown. She was a member of Blue Stone Baptist Church and had lived in this area all of her life. She was preceded by a grandson, Justin Tyler Brown. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 21, 1999, at 3 p.m. at Blue Stone Baptist Church. The Revs. Ray Jenkins and David McDonald will officiate. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Survivors include two sons, Herbert Anthony Brown of Colbert, Robert Wayne Brown of Danielsville; sisters, Mary Ann Rice of Anderson, S.C., Nadine Hunnicutt of Hartwell, Guynell Fuller of Toccoa; brothers, Cecil Reno and Dale Reno, both of Hartwell, Guy Reno Jr. of Danielsville, Johnny Reno and Kelly Reno, both of Royston; grandchildren, Casey Nathaniel Brown, and Tiffany Danielle Brown; many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Bruce Anglin, Scott Dills, Scott Filkins, Steve Filkins, Fred Hall, Brad Kirk, Bobby Reno, and Shane Rice. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Flowers will be accepted as well as memorials to Blue Stone Baptist Church. Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, Danielsville, is in charge of arrangements.
