Chamblee was born July 20, 1998 in Lexington, S.C. He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Wade R. Hunter, for whom he was named. Funeral services were held Saturday, August 7, at Blue Heights Baptist Church, Mountain City, with the Rev. Ronia Hunter, great-uncle of Chamblee, officiating. Burial was in Rabun Memory Park, Rabun County. Survivors, in addition to his parents, include his grandparents, Dwayne and Dena Moyers, Hull, Gary and Lynette Chamblee, Clayton, James Hatcher, Prosperity, S.C., and Cheryl Monts, Columbia, S.C.; great-grandparents, Lillian Garland Hunter, Clayton, Harry and Sandra Moyers, Carlton, Butch and Gladys Clem, Waycross, Robert and Jessie Sargent, Columbia, S.C., and Marvin and Shelby Ready, Augusta; aunt, Misty Chamblee, Clayton; uncle, Jeffrey Moyers, Hull; and a host of great-aunts and uncles, great-great-aunts and uncles and cousins. Fleeman Mrs. Claudine Elizabeth Fleeman, 88, of Hull, died Friday, August 13, 1999. A native of Madison County, Mrs. Fleeman was a daughter of the late Charles Thomas and Elzora Hitchcock Shaw. Mrs. Fleeman was a graduate of Madison County High School and attended The State Normal School in Athens, where she received a teaching degree. She was a member of Hull Baptist Church and had taught Sunday School at Hull Baptist and Pleasant Grove Baptist churches for over 75 years. Mrs. Fleeman was preceded in death by three brothers, Durward Shaw, Howell Shaw and Charles Shaw, and two sisters, Verbie McLeroy and Sue Allen. Funeral services were held Sunday, August 15, in the chapel of Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, Danielsville, with the Revs. Randy Crowe and Bill Wood officiating. Burial was in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church cemetery. Barry Ivey, Dennis Brown, Stephen Brown, Jim Fleeman, Brian Fleeman and Darrell Daniel served as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers were members of the Homemakers Sunday School Class. Survivors include her husband, James C. Elizabeth Mallonee Mrs. E. Elizabeth Mallonee, 87, of Winterville, died Wednesday, August 11, 1999. A native of Odenton, Md., Mrs. Mallonee was a daughter of the late William and Glorina Jordan Houseknecht. She had lived in the Winterville area for the past two years and attended Danielsville United Methodist Church. Having lived in Maryland for most of her life, Mrs. Mallonee was retired from the Prince George County School System and was a member of Hyattsville United Methodist Church. Funeral services were held Saturday, August 14, in the chapel of Gasch's Funeral Home, Hyattsville, Md. Burial was in Ft. Lincoln Cemetery. Survivors include two sons, John B. Mallonee Jr., Comer, and Donald L. Mallonee, Huntingtown, Md.; one sister, Lena Kelbough, Crofton, Md.; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A native of Gainesville, Mr. Beck was born October 31, 1911. He was a son of the late Frank and Mary Flanagin Beck. Mr. Beck had worked in the textile industry, employed with Harmony Grove Mills. Funeral services were held Saturday, August 14, in the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, with the Revs. Kenneth Dillard and Sam Dorsey officiating. Burial was in the Cabin Creek Baptist Church cemetery, Commerce. Phillips Mrs. Lucille Fern Maxey Phillips, 78, of Danielsville, died Thursday, August 12, 1999, at her residence. A native of Pomona County, Mo., Mrs. Phillips was born March 27, 1921. She was a daughter of the late John Fabris Sr. and Pearl Mae Maxey Fabris. Mrs. Phillips was a retiree of Reliance Electric and was a member of Community Baptist Church. Funeral services were held Saturday, August 14, at Community Baptist Church with the Revs. David Strickland and Dennis Kesler officiating. Burial was in Danielsville Memorial Gardens. Chesser Jr., 67, of Commerce, died Thursday, August 12, 1999, in Athens. Mr. Chesser served in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Boxer and was retired from Delta Airlines. Funeral services were held Monday, August 16, at H.M. Patterson & Son Oglethorpe Chapel, Atlanta. Burial was in Westview Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Diane Chesser; one son, Ronald J. Chesser; daughter and son-in-law, Wynell and Jim Rippe; his mother, Wynell Plunkett; sister and brother-in-law, Maudenia and Dr. William A. Teasley Brian Andrew Teasley, 17, of Hartwell, died Saturday, August 14, 1999. A native of Anderson County, S.C., Mr. Teasley was a son of Clayte Andrew and Sheila House Teasley. He was employed by Fleming Landscaping and was a former member of the Hart County High School baseball team and golf team, where he participated in the state tournament. Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 17, in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home with the Revs. James Bannister and Ted Kelley officiating. Burial was in Nancy Hart Memorial Park. Survivors, in addition to his parents, include one sister, Robin T. Shadden William Alton Shadden, 63, of Winterville, died Tuesday, August 10, 1999. A native and lifelong resident of Clarke County, Mr. Shadden was a son of the late Elmer H. and Mary Theo Damron Shadden. He was a U.S. Army veteran and was retired from Roadway Express. Mr. Shadden was a member of West End Baptist Church. Funeral services were held Thursday, August 12, at West End Baptist Church with the Revs. Larry Elliott and Buford Lockman officiating. Burial was in Athens Memory Gardens. Larry Odom, Jamey Watson, L.T. Walden, James Drake, Leon Whitehead and Pee Wee Pruitt served as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers were members of the Sunday School Class and Smiley Schultz and Jon Llewellyn. Survivors include his wife, Dannie June Shadden; daughters and sons-in-law, Suzanne and Barry Cook, Watkinsville, and Lisa and Scott Andrews, Danielsville; one brother, Hugh A.
