Flemming Carlton Michael Allen Flemming, of 2016 Lexington-Carlton Road died Sunday, June 20, 1999. A native of Elbert County, Mr. Flemming was a son of George C. Flemming and Mary Ella Flemming. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at New Bethlehem Baptist Church with the Rev. Samuel Bishop officiating. Burial will be in New Bethlehem Church Cemetery. Survivors, in addition to his parents, include seven sisters, Mary Joyce Echols, Janie Lee Cooper and Joann Flemming, all of Carlton, Dorothy A. Bonds and Brenda Lee, both of Athens, Virginia Maxine Flemming and Belinda Flemming, both of Stevens; and two brothers, George C. Flemming Jr., Carlton, and Marion W. Flemming, Winterville. C. W.
