A lifetime resident of Madison County, Mr. Jarrells was a son of the late Claude and Lowoenia Jarrells. Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Tabor Chapel C.M.E. Church with the Rev. Morris Colvin officiating. The body will be placed in the church at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Annie Jarrells; a daughter, Phyllis Brown, Danielsville; three sisters, Ruby Vinson, Jefferson, Claudia Me Johnson, Winder, and Emma Morgan, Atlanta; a brother, John Henry Jarrells, Dahlonega; and a grandson raised in the home, Martavions Jarrells, Danielsville. Hurley Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
