Survivors:  husband, Danielsville; daughter, Janet Westbrook, Hull; 
two sons, Grover Lee Phillips Jr., Carrollton, and Jimmy C. Phillips, 
Danielsville; three sisters, Sue Kirk Abercromie, Danielsville, 
Rachel Kirk Hunsinger, Athens, and Jeanette Kirk King, Hull; three 
brothers, Guy Edwin Kirk, Rondall H. Kirk and Bobby Kirk, all of 
Danielsville; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
