Funeral:  11 a.m., 21 Oct 2000, Elberton First Baptist Church 
Officiating:  Dr. C.E. Jackson III
Burial:  Forest Hills Cemetery.
Survivors:  wife, Dolores T. Scoggins; two daughters, Denise S. Moon 
and Susan S. Blackmon, both of Elberton; a son, Drew O. Scoggins, 
Elberton; and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers:  Jim Stovall, Steve Jenkins, Horace Harper, Jack Wheeler, 
Milton Rampey, Willie Simmons and Larry Guest
Honorary pallbearers:  Gene Hudgins, Frank Coggins, Steve Whitener and 
Joe Fendley.
