A native of Oglethorpe County, Mrs. Wynn was a daughter of Doris McElhannon Gabriel, Winterville, and the late Ralph Arnold. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church. Funeral services were held Thursday, December 21, in the chapel of Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, East, with the Rev. Ralph Arnold officiating. Burial was in Athens Memory Gardens. Survivors, in addition to her mother, include one daughter, Elizabeth Raye "Sissy" Perry, Comer; two sons, Bobby Ross Hubbard, Bogart, and Michael Dean Hubbard, Valdosta; three sisters, Julia Elizabeth Duncan, Athens, Kay Frances Hale, Colbert, and Sybil Chandler, Hull; two brothers, Ralph Arnold and Merle Lester Arnold, both of Winterville; four grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Fleeman Jr. Odis Carl Fleeman Jr., 53, of Canon, died Friday, December 22, 2000. A native of Franklin County, Mr. Fleeman was a son of Ella Mae Jackson Fleeman and the late Odis Carl Fleeman Sr. He worked as a truck driver in the poultry industry. Funeral services were held Sunday, December 24, in the chapel of Pruitt Funeral Home, Royston, with the Revs. Bruce Kesler and Leonard Morten officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery. Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his wife, Martha Janet Jones Fleeman; five daughters, Janet Jones, Toccoa, Nanna Johnson, Hartwell, Louise Fleeman, Royston, Leann Segars, Lavonia, and Patricia Adams, Ila; two sons, Odis Carl "Sonny" Fleeman III, Royston, and Shorty Junior Fleeman, Canon; one sister, Shirley Hill, Lavonia; four brothers, Thomas Fleeman, Atlanta, Gene Fleeman, Elberton, and J.W. Huff Sr., 68, of Bogart, died Friday, December 22, 2000. A native of Fulton County, Mr. Huff was a son of the late James Carlton and Lois Reynolds Huff. He was employed with Southern Bell for 20 years and later founded and operated Huff Roofing. Mr. Huff was a member of Bogart Christian Church. Funeral services were held Saturday, December 23, in the chapel of Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, West, with the Rev. Randy Strickland officiating. Burial was in the Booth Family Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Anita Oldham Huff; two daughters, Vicki H. Baker, Bogart, and Kay H. Cleghorne, Danielsville; two sons, Billy D. Huff Jr., Bogart, and Tim Huff, Monroe; one sister, Linda Crawford, Statham; seven grandchildren, three great- grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Hambrick Mrs. Lizzie Brown Hambrick, 59, of Hartwell, died Tuesday, December 19, 2000. Mrs. Hambrick was a daughter of the late James and Mille White Brown. She was employed with Country Pride and was a member of Price Chapel Church of God. Memorial services were held Saturday, December 23, in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home, Hartwell, with the Revs. Dorsey Holmes and Bishop Galloway officiating. Survivors include three daughters, Lynn Finley, Alice Holmes and Sally Hambrick, all of Hartwell; three sons, Thermon Hambrick, Robert Hambrick and Jessie Hambrick, all of Hartwell; four sisters, Thelma Dean and Gail Brown, both of Hartwell, Nell Coile, Danielsville, and Sylvia Broome, Clarkesville; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Coile Paul Joe Coile, 68, of Comer, died Thursday, December 21, 2000, at Cobb Memorial Hospital, Royston. Mr. Coile was born November 15, 1932, in Madison County, a son of Joe H. and Novie Scarborough Coile. He had worked at Chicopee Mills in Athens and was a plant engineer for Johnson and Johnson in Royston. Mr. Coile retired from Cycle Engineering, Comer, in 1997. He faithfully attended David's Home Holiness Church for 12 years, where he played bass guitar in the choir and also played with Gospel Harmony. Funeral services were held Saturday, December 23, at David's Home Holiness Church with the Rev. John McCoy officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Survivors include one son, Roger Coile, Comer; two sisters, Ruby Dalton, Comer, and Vonnie Lunsford, Royston; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was a homemaker and a member of Meadow Baptist Church. Mrs. Coile was preceded in death by her husband, James Burley Coile. Funeral services were held Thursday, December 21, at Meadow Baptist Church with the Revs. Gene Todd and Joe Dooley officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Dean Dewey Lloyd Dean, 48, of Hull, died Friday, December 22, 2000. A native of Clarke County, Mr. Dean was a son of Faye James Dean and the late Leon Dean. He worked as a grounds keeper with the University of Georgia Athletic Department for the past 17 years and was of the Baptist denomination. Funeral services were held Wednesday, December 27, in the chapel of Bernstein Funeral Home, Athens, with the Revs. Morris Sapp, Claude McBride and Athletic Director Vince Dooley officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Memorial Park. Joe Bray, Chuck Cheek, Jerry Fields, Felton Scogins, Mike Woods and Tony James served as pallbearers. The University of Georgia Athletic Department served as honorary pallbearers. Survivors, in addition to his mother, include one brother, Terry Dean, Athens; sister and brother-in-law, Jo Ann and Neil Murphy, Tucker; and one nephew, Mark Murphy. Ragsdale Mrs. Lucille Love Norris Ragsdale, 84, of Athens, died Monday, December 18, 2000. Mrs. Ragsdale was born in Washington County, Tenn., a daughter of the late Aaron P. and Bessie Love Norris. She was retired from Seaboard Farms and was a member of Athens Bible Church. Mrs. Ragsdale was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Alex Ragsdale. Funeral services were held Thursday, December 21, in the chapel of Brown Funeral Home, Danielsville, with Dr. Buhl Cummings officiating. Burial was in Colbert Cemetery. Tommy Ragsdale, Johnny Ragsdale, Kelly LaCount, Cody LaCount, Matt Sartain and Jason Sartain served as pallbearers. Survivors include two sons, John Ragsdale, Colbert, and Bob Ragsdale, Charleston, S.C.; one sister, Margaret Capron, Rockford, Mich.; five grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, five great- grandchildren, four step-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Lord Miss Bessie Mae Lord, 86, of Commerce, died Wednesday, December 20, 2000, at Athens Regional Medical Center. Miss Lord was born December 11, 1914, in Banks County, a daughter of the late Marion Luther and Mary Virginia Hix Lord. She was a retired drug store cashier and was a member of Blacks Creek Baptist Church. Funeral services were held Friday, December 22, at Blacks Creek Baptist Church with the Revs. Lee Hunter and Bill Carpenter officiating. Burial was in Grey Hill Cemetery, Commerce. Miss Lord is survived by one sister, Minnie Ruth Lord, Commerce; one niece and a number of nephews. Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, was in charge of arrangements.
