Daisy Baird 
Danielsville 

Daisy L. Baird, 79, of 944 Blacks Creek Church Road, died Sunday, 
Feb. 18, 2001.

A native of Athens, Mrs. Baird was a daughter of the late Henry Lee 
and Ellie Mae Shubert Whitfield, and was the widow of James W. Baird. 
She was a homemaker.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Galilee Holiness Church with 
the Revs. Larry and Toby Dyer officiating. Burial will be in the 
church cemetery.

Survivors include three daughters, Joyce Baird, Colbert, Nancy Nunn, 
Crawford, and Sandra Wilson, Jefferson; two sons, David Baird, 
Gainesville, Perry Baird, Danielsville; a sister, Louise Dyer, 
Danielsville; 14 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

The family is at the residence and will receive friends from 7-9 
p.m. today.

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, has charge of arrangements.
