Mr. Dockery was a son of Mae L. Frady, Hull, and the late Harley Dockery Sr. He worked with Con-Agra Poultry, Athens. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Pruitt Funeral Home, Royston, with the Revs. Robert Garrett and Jamie Doster officiating. Burial will be in Bowers Memorial Gardens, Canon. Survivors, in addition to his mother, include her stepfather, Robert Frady, Hull; a daughter, Linda Herring, Hull; a son, Roger Thomas Dockery, Comer; two sisters, Wanda King, Royston, and Velma Stewart, Danielsville; a brother, Martin L. Dockery, Danielsville; and five grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Randy Daniels, Herchel Morgan, Rodney Epps, Andrew Adams, Rodney Drake and O'Dean Brock. The family is at the residence of Mae L. Frady, 68 Arthur St., Hull, and will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
