Pinckard Colbert Ruby S. Pinckard, 80, of 223 First Street, died March 1, 2001. A native of Randolph County, Alabama and a resident of Colbert since 1953. Mrs. Pinckard was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Leola Ward Stephens and was the widow of Edgar W. Pinckard. She was retired from ASCS in Danielsville and was a member of Kings Way Bible Church in Comer. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Saturday in the Chapel of Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, Danielsville, with the Rev. Gordon Rhoden officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memory Gardens, Roanoke AL at 4 PM. Eastern Standard Time. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Pat Pinckard, Colbert; three sisters and spouse, Frances and Frank Carden, Anniston, AL, Mary Daniel, Auburn, AL, and Ethel Ferguson, Anniston, AL: two grandchildren, Kay and Rodney Clifton, Comer and Chris and Brandy Pinckard, Colbert; two great-granddaughters, Maura and Lauren Clifton. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of choice. Lord & Stephens Madison Chapel, Danielsville.
