Osburn Harold D. Osburn, 68, of Danielsville, died Sunday, February 9, 2003, at his residence of an extended illness. A native of Akron, Ohio, Mr. Osburn was a son of Virgina May Osburn Gray, North Carolina, and the late Walter Osburn. He was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Allen. Mr. Osburn was a retired carpenter. A memorial service was to have been held at 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, at the home of Mr. Osburn’s daughter, Norma MacDade, 2432 Bonds Lake Road, Danielsville. Mann, 66, of Winder, died Tuesday, February 4, 2003. Born in Oconee County, Mr. Mann was a son of the late Franklin T. and Florena H. Mann. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Mr. Mann was employed by Anaconda Wire & Cable, now South Wire, for 42 years before retiring. He attended Mt. Tabor Baptist Church and was a member of Bogart Baptist Church. Mr. Mann was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas D. Mann and George H. Mann.
