Mrs. Myla Hardman Allen, 61, of Rt. 1, Danielsville Rd. died today at a local 
hospital after a lenghty illness.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Calvary Baptist Church with the 
Revs. James W. Brock, and Virgil Edwards officiating.  Buria will be in the 
Calvary Cemetery.

A native of Jackson County, Mrs. Allen was a resident of Clarke County for the 
past 24 years.  She was the widow of L. J. Allen.

Survivors include two sons, Charles A. Allen of Gadsden, Ala., and Leon T. 
Allen of Athens; sister, Mrs. J. D. cook of Winder; two brothers, D. H Hardman 
of charlotte, N. C., and J. H. Hardman of Mint Hill, N. C.; and seven 
grandchildren.

Bernstein Funeral home is in charge of the arrangements.
