  Mrs. Vinnie Estell Sorrow Brown, 71, of Hull died Saturday at the BJC 
hospital, following and extended illness.

  Services will be held Monday at 3:30 p.m. from the Calvary Baptist Church, 
with the Rev. James Brock and the Rev. Ernest Palmer officiating.  Burial will 
be in the Union Baptist Church Cemetery.

  A native of Madison County, she was the daughter of the late Tom and Lou 
Bates Sorrow.  She was a member of the Moon's Grove Baptist Church.

  Survivors include er widower, Roy L. Brown; four daughters, Mrs. T. H. 
Willoughby of Greenville, S. C., Miss Louse Brown, Mrs. Jack Hanley and Mrs. 
Leland Hanley, all of Hull; a son Buford Brown of Colbert; 22 grandchildren 
and 10 great grandchildren.

  Ivie Funeral Home of Commerce is in charge of arrangements.
