Gerald “Jerry” Allison Coile, 55, of Bogart, died Thursday, November 2, 2006, 
at the Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta.

He was born in Madison County on December 17, 1950, and was the son of Griff 
and Ruby Parham Coile of Comer. He worked as an electronic technician with 
Reliance Electric in Athens. Mr. Coile was a member of the National Railroad 
Society and was Baptist.

Survivors in addition to his parents include a sister and brother-in-law, Pam 
and Johnny Manning, Lexington; niece, Samantha Manning; and a nephew, Will 
Manning.

Funeral services were held Sunday, November 5, in the chapel of Pruitt Funeral 
Home with the Revs. Calvin Coile and Martin T. Coile officiating. Burial was 
at the Cedar Grove Baptist Church cemetery.  Pruitt Funeral Home, Royston, was 
in charge of arrangements.
