B. B. COOK Mr. Bonnie B. Cook, well known resident of Comer, died at his home Friday morning at 9 o'clock following an illness of several months. Mr. Cook was 67 years old. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon from Meadow Baptist Church conducted by Rev. S. S. Williams and burial was in Meadow cemetery, McDorman Bridges in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers were B. C. Brown, Will D. Barnette, Robert Clements, Edwin Loftis, Charles Kidd and Charles Draper. Mr. Cook is survived by his wife Mrs. Mary Cook; daughter, Mrs. Evans Long, Prosperity, S. C., five sons: Heyward D. Cook, Camp Gordon, Leslie J. Cook, Comer: Hugh E. Cook, Forto Benning; Walter J. Cook, Barksdale Field, La., and Garland B. Cook, Comer; four sisters Mrs. G. W. Merchant and Mrs. S. C. Jifffer, both of Newberry, S. C.; Mrs. Ira Dominick and Mrs. J. H. Dawkins, Prosperity, S. C.; four brothers: G. G. Cook, Raleigh, N. C., J. P. Cook, Prosperity, S. C. ; and O. L. and J. H. Cook, both of Newberry, S. C. A native of Newberry County, S.
