Mr. S.W. Crawford Dead

Funeral services for Mr. S.W. Crawford, prominent and highly respected citizen of 
Ila, were conducted Friday afternoon of last week and interment was in Ila 
Cemetery.

Mr. Crawford was a native of New York state, but for many years he had lived in 
Ila where he was active in church, business and social life. He was postmaster at 
Ila and had made many friends throughout the section.

He is survived by his widow, who was Miss Lessie Burroughs.
