W. G. DUDLEY Rev. W.G. Dudley died at his home near here last Saturday, Aug. 18th, at 8 o'clock a.m. He had been sick for ten weeks; his suffering was great but he bore it well, always saying that he wanted to go home to rest. He was a good citizen and was loved by those who knew him. He said he was ready and willing to go. He leaves a wife, two sons and five daughters. His body was laid to rest at Bethele church where he served a pastor for many years, the funeral being condfucted by Rev. Spearman. He was a great lover of music and his favorite song was sung by a quartette. Surely a good man has gone! The bereaved have our sympathy.
