Nellie Edwards

    Nellie Sorrow Edwards, 86, of Sorrow-Patterson Road died Monday, Jan. 6, 
1997.
    A native of Madison County, Mrs. Edwards was a daughter of the late Albert 
Gibson 
and Linnie Burroughs Sorrow, the widow of Crawford Edwards and was preceded in 
death by an infant son, Wyatt Edwards. She was a weaver with GARCO 
Manufacturing Co. 
and a member of Westview Baptist Church, Greenville, S.C.
    Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the chapel of Brown Funeral 
Home, Danielsville, 
with the Rev. Virgil Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Sorrow-Patterson 
Cemetery.
    Survivors include two sons, Cecil Edwards, Valdosta, and Troy W. Edwards, 
Yuma, Ariz.; 
four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
    The family is at the residence and will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Saturday 
at the funeral home.
