She was ill only a few days, but had been in bad health for a good while. She arrived Sunday night from Birmingham where they were making their home. She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Scoggin, her husband, Mr. Roy Faulkner; seven sisters and two brothers, besides many other relatives and friends to mourn her going away. She was a faithful member of Colbert church and was always willing to lend a hand when needed. Though we love her dearly, we would not call her back on this earth of sin and sorrow: though we all shall niss her, Let us watch and wait: He is coming for you oand me some day. Let us be ready to welcome Him as she was when she was called. Let us pray that we all shall meet her in the Land where there will be no more sad partings. The bereaved have our sympathy. She was laid to rest Monday afternoon, May 5, 1920 at 3:30 at Patterson grave yard.
