Atness Frady
   Atness D. Frady, 92, of 109 Westover Drive, died Tuesday, April 14.
   A native of Madison County, Mrs. Frady had lived in the Athens area all of
her life.  She was a daughter of the late Gus S. Drake and the late Electa
Thompson Drake.  She was married to the late James Emory Frady and attended Mill
Shoals Baptist Church.
   Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Lord & Stephens Funeral
Home chapel, Athens.  The Revs. Lee Hunter and Scott Downing will officiate. 
Burial will be in Mill Shoals Baptist Church cemetery, Madison County.
   Survivors include a daughter, Imogene Daniel, Savannah; a son, Allison Frady,
Athens; a brother, H.T. Drake, Royston, two grandchildren, a great-grandchild,
and several nieces and nephews.
   In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Athens Area Alzheimer’s
Support Group, c/o Kathy Gratzer, 250 North Ave, Athens, 30601.
   The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7-9 tonight.
