Mary Gaddis
Mary George Hunsinger Gaddis, 76, of Danielsville, died Thursday, October 18, 
2007, at St. Mary’s Hospice House in Bogart. Born in Madison County on July 19, 
1931, she was the daughter of the late George Washington and Judy Martin 
Hunsinger. She was a homemaker and attended Macedonia Holiness Church. Mrs. 
Gaddis was preceded in death by her husband, Howard “Bo” Gaddis; and a 
daughter, Peggy Gaddis Dowell Barber. 

Survivors include 

Sons, Howard Gaddis Jr & his wife Josephine McElroy Gaddis ., Billy Gaddis, & 
his wife Tonia Dove Gaddis, George Gaddis & his wife Lillie Smith Gaddis  and 
Greg Gaddis, all of Danielsville;

 Daughters, Becky Anglin & her Husband Anthony Anglin , Danielsville, Donna 
Hunsinger, & her husband Curtis Dwayne Hunsinger  Comer, and Wanda Callaway & 
her husband Kendall Callaway Carlton;

 a brother, T.J. Huntsinger & his wife Maxine Huntsinger, Iowa; 

20 grandchildren – Betty Gaddis Smith & her husband Terry Smith of Carlton 
Georgia – Thomas Gaddis & William Gaddis of Danielsville, Mark Anglin of 
Danielsville Wesley Anglin and his wife Brenda Smith Anglin of Carlton,  Nina 
Anglin Huntsinger & her husband Wayne Huntsinger of Danielsville  Michael 
Dowell and his wife Amy Collins Dowell of Danielsville; Bill Gaddis and his 
wife Danielle Gaddis of Athens; Judy Gaddis Clark and her huband Dementri 
Clark  of Athens; Beth Gaddis Burgess of  Royston Bradley Gaddis of 
Danielsville and Michael Gaddis of Danielsville, .Sam Hunsinger of  Comer; 
Samantha Gaddis, Danielsville, Lacie Gaddis, Danielsville, Dylan Gaddis, 
Danielsville, Tyler Callaway of Carlton, Marybeth Callaway Carlton, Cody 
Callaway Carlton, BB Callaway of Carlton. 

17 great-grandchildren. – Terry Smith Jr of Carlton,  Colton Dowell – Crawford  
Shianna Adler - Crawford, and Garrett Dowell of  Danielsville,  Sadie Anglin  
of Carlton, Tommy Anglin, Danielsville, Katie Cross Danielsville, Blane Anglin, 
Danielsville, Zachary Anglin of Danielsville, Austin Elrod of Danielsville, 
London Huntsinger of  Danielsville. Katelyn Gaddis Athens, Caleb Gaddis Athens, 
Kiara Cade Athens, Bryanna Burgess – Royston, Meghan Waldrop – Royston, Zachary 
Waldrop Royston,  Julian Clark 

Funeral services were held Saturday, October 20, at Macedonia Holiness Church 
with the Revs. Artis Anglin, William Anglin and Wayne Wills officiating. Burial 
was in the church cemetery. Grandsons were pallbearers. 

Pruitt Funeral Home, Royston, was in charge of arrangements.
