GRIFFETH – 
The relatives and friends of Miss Ethel Griffeth and Mr. and Mrs. J. A. 
Griffeth of Danielsville, GA, are invited to attend the funeral of Miss Ethel 
Griffeth this Sunday afternoon, October 17, 1937 at 3:00 o’clock from the 
Danielsville Presbyterian church.  Rev. John A Simpson, pastor of the 
Clarkesville Presbyterian church will officiate, and will be assisted by Rev. 
Taffe, pastor of the Danielsville Presbyterian church.  The following nephews 
will serve as active pall-bearers:  Mr. James Griffeth, Mr. J. W. Griffeth, 
Mr. Dwight Griffeth, Mr. Wyatt Griffeth, Mr. Rudoph Griffeth, Mr. Kendall 
Griffeth, Mr. A. L. Ma..? and Mr. Hope Griffeth.  Judge B T Mosley, Mr. E. A. 
Mosley, Dr. W. D. Gholston, Mr. N. C. Bullock, M. J. A. Baker, Mr. J. T. 
Baker, M. L. E. Green, Mr. Elco Huff, Mr. R. C. Griffeth, Mr. J. W. Griffeth, 
Mr. C. C. Kidd, M. J. N. Griffeth, Mr. J. N. B. Thompson,  Gerald Birchmore, 
Mr. H. H Hart, Mr. H. C. Hardman, Mr. S. R. Hardman, Mr. F. Glenn, Mr. A. V. 
Jenkins. Mr. Robert McMillan, Dr. Henry Garrison, Dr. Denton, Jr. J…. tice?, 
Mr. Claude Landers, Mr. Luke Floyd and Mr. L. Thompson will serve as honorary 
escort and will please meet at the church at 3:45 o’clock.  Interment will be 
in the Danieslville cemetery.  McDorman-Bridges.
