MR. THOMAS J. GULLEY DIES:  FUNERAL AT MEADOW

   Mr. Thomas J. Gulley, 83, died at 3:40 last Friday afternoon at the Hall 
County Hospital in Gainesville following a long illness.
   Funeral services were held at 3:00 o'clock Sunday afternoon from the Meadow 
Baptist Church.  Rev. Virgil Edwards conducted the services, and interment was 
in the church cemetery.
   He is survived by three sons, O. B. Gulley and Fred Gulley, of Comer, Ga.; 
John Allen Gulley of Carlton, Ga.; four daughters; Mrs. Claude Kidd of 
Clinton, S. C.; Mrs. George Perry of Gainesville; Mrs. James Seagraves of 
Charlotte, N. C.; and Mrs. Clyde Adams of Comer; two sisters:  Mrs. 
Paul Fuller, of Anderson, S. C., Mrs. Tump Harrison of Birmingham, Ala; twelve 
grandchildren and one great grandchildren.
