SERVICES FOR JAMES B. HAGGARD HELD LAST TUESDAY

   Funeral services for James Bascom Haggard, age 46, of Danielsville, 
Georgia, were held Tuesday, February 26, at Blacks Creek Primative Baptist 
Church at 3:00 P. M.  He died February 25, at a private hospital after a short 
illness.
   Rev. E. A. Shaw conducted the funeral, assisted by Rev. Frank Chandler and 
interment was in Blacks Creek Church Yard with Sanders Funeral Home in charge.
   He was born in Jackson County January 14, 1900.  Survivors include:  a 
wife, Mrs. Addie Moore Haggard; parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. G. Haggard, 
Danielsville, Georgia; three step-children Bonnie Watson, Roy Watson and 
Lucille Phillips of Porterdale, Georgia; five brothers, W. E. Haggard, 
Danielsville, Georgia, S. G. Haggard, Jr., Danielsville, Georgia; 
A. L. Haggard, Toccoa, Georgia; T. W. Haggard, Commerce, Georgia and M. V. 
Haggard, Danielsville, Georgia; four sisters, Mrs. J. J. Pruitt, Danielsville, 
Georgia; Mrs. W. E. Bond, Colbert, Georgia; Mrs. H. C. Martin, Athens, Georgia 
and Mrs. A. L. Martin, Greenville, South Carolina.
