He has been sheriff of Madison County since 1921 and was serving his second term at the time of his death. Mr. Hall was born in Elbert County and married Miss Ester Ford who now survives him. Besides his wife, he leaves seven sons and four daughters. He was a member of the Baptist Church and a member of the Masonic Fraternity. Sheriff Hall was fifty-one years old and made a splendid officer. He will be greatly missed, not only by the family and relatives, but by all who knew him. The funeral services were conducted by Rev.
